The Sound was on hand as economist and City of Annapolis Ward 8 alderman Ross Arnett explained the dire state of Annapolis’ finances and why passing Mayor Josh Cohen’s proposed 2012 budget will make it more difficult for the City to get itself out of its current financial problems. Arnett called for difficult but necessary measures to begin to right the City’s finances, and proposed several ways to do so.

To make it easier to view, we broke the presentation up into six segments, and will be posting them throughout the morning and early afternoon.
