’6 Degrees of Sound’ with Elizabeth Bonsignore, Downtown’s “Kool-Aid Mom” Extraordinaire
By Sarah Culver
’6 Degrees of Sound’ seeks out and connects the fantastic wealth and diversity of personalities who we call ‘neighbors’ here in Annapolis.
Annapolis is often perceived as a city filled with transients: students from the Naval Academy and St. John’s, legislators who spend part of their year here in the capital, scores of commuters, boaters and tourists are easily recognizable. But under-girding the moving face of our city is a wonderful community of people who have truly made Annapolis home, and that community includes a number of families such as Elizabeth Bonsignore’s. Bonnie Williams, “The Singing Mailman Lady”, told us that there is always a crowd of children playing in front of the Bonsignore’s home. This week on ’6D’ we talk to the academic, wife, mother, USNA-grad and true “townie” to find out more about her and why she loves Annapolis.
